CENTCOM Commander Concludes First Official Visit to Israel

JERUSALEM, Israel – Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), concluded his first official visit to Israel on Saturday, meeting with Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir to discuss operational cooperation and regional stability.

Admiral Cooper was received with an honor guard upon his arrival at Rabin Base. He subsequently chaired an operational situational assessment with Lieutenant General Zamir and members of the General Staff Forum, addressing the current operational landscape and future plans. The CENTCOM Commander also toured communities located near the Gaza Strip.

The visit underscored the ongoing operational cooperation between the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the U.S. military, aiming to maintain regional stability and strengthen joint efforts against shared challenges and threats.
