Cambodia, Philippines Bolster Ties with Three Key Agreements

On Monday, September 8, 2025, in Phnom Penh, Cambodian and Philippine leaders, including President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., presided over the signing of three pivotal documents aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation.

These agreements include an amendment to the memorandum of understanding between the national police forces of both nations to combat transnational crime, a new memorandum of understanding on cooperation in higher education, and another on air transport services.
