Cambodia Denies Thai Drone Accusations, Urges Adherence to Ceasefire Agreements

The Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, through its spokesperson Major General Mali Socheata, vehemently denied Thailand’s unsubstantiated accusations that Cambodia flew drones into Thai sovereign territory along the border.

The Ministry stated that such false claims exacerbate tensions and undermine mutual trust, urging Thailand to refrain from spreading misinformation and to uphold agreed principles for peaceful dialogue. Cambodia reiterated its firm commitment to the ceasefire agreement made on July 28, 2025, in Putrajaya, and to implementing all subsequent border committee agreements to ensure full effectiveness and normalcy.
